CURRENT SHIPPING DELAYS

Unfortunately due to the pandemic deliveries are taking a little longer than usual to get to you. Delivery within Russia is delayed for up to 5 days, and International delivery for up to several weeks. Please be patient, we'll make sure they get to you safely. Please contact us at hello@tanilissova.com with any questions or concerns.

 

February 21rd update:

 

Shipping to Kenya, Macau, Tunisia and South Africa has been resumed.

 

At the moment, delivery to New Zealand is still not possible due to the lack of regular direct or transit flights to this country.

 

For orders placed before Christmas:

Until now, there are delays in the delivery of orders made during the Christmas holidays.

SHIPPING

All orders will be processed within 2-5 business days unless stated otherwise. All orders are posted by standard shipping. Standard shipping includes tracking. Please note that if you'd like your order to be posted by Express,  you need to ensure that this option is selected at checkout before purchasing.

RUSSIA DELIVERY

Russian post 1st class. Delivered within 3-7 days after dispatch.

Russian post Express Delivery (EMS). Delivered within 2-7 days after dispatch.

EUROPE DELIVERY

Russian Post International Standard delivery. Delivered to EU countries within 2-4 weeks after dispatch.

Russian Post International Express. Delivered within 1-3 weeks after dispatch.

REST OF THE WORLD

Russian Post International Standard delivery. Delivered within 2-6 weeks after dispatch.

Public holidays and adverse weather conditions can also cause delays.
