• WORLDWIDE DELIVERY POSSIBLE?
 
Yes, my works ship worldwide. Please check our Shipping page for the exact list of delivery countries.
• WILL I BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS FEES/ IMPORT TAXES?
 
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees and import taxes which may incur.
• WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU HAVE?
 
Our shop offers the following payment methods: payment by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD), Google Pay and Apple Pay. Payment is made through a secure Tinkoff Bank protocol. Your data remains protected.

If you want to pay via Apple Pay. An important point is that for the payment method to be displayed, the link to the payment form must be opened through Safari (these are the terms of Apple). This payment method is available on all Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac) with Face ID or Touch ID (except iPhone 5s).
• IN YOUR SHOP, PRICES ARE IN RUBLES. HOW MUCH IS IT IN FOREIGN CURRENCY?
 
Yes, on the website, prices are indicated in rubles, in accordance with the laws of Russia. You can use the international converter  to check the value in your currency at the current exchange rate.
• I HAVE AN ERROR PAYMENT / MY CARD IS DECLINED
 
Common reasons for this are: incorrectly entered card details, insufficient funds on the card, or exceeded the transaction limit. In some cases, this may be due to the card issuer blocking the transaction on your behalf in order to protect against fraud.

If you receive a notification that the transaction was unsuccessful, please try to place your order again. If you are still unable to pay for your purchase, contact the issuing bank (the contact number is usually found on the back of the card) and ask the bank for permission to conduct the transaction for tanialissova.com / Tinkoff Bank (our payment processing partner).

You can also use a different card or choose a different payment method.
• DO YOU OFFER AN EXCHANGE / REFUND?
 
We aim to provide excellent quality products. However, if you are unhappy with one or more of your items we do have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@tanialissova.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send out instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyers will be responsible for any loss in value caused by the return. Buyers will also be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is incorrect/ faulty. The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
• I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY DELIVERY ADDRESS!
 
If you make a mistake or provide an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@tanialissova.com so that we can correct it prior to submitting your order.
If your order has already been shipped, I can only offer refunds / re-shipping to the correct address after the order has been returned to me.
• WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
 
If you live in Russia, orders are expected to be delivered within 3-7 business days after dispatch. If you live outside of Russia, orders must be delivered within 2-6 weeks after dispatch, depending on the country of destination. Currently, order processing is 2-5 business days. Please check our Shipping page for more details on current delays.
• DO YOU HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER?
 
All parcels are sent with a tracking number. If you have not received tracking by email with a notification about the shipment of goods, please write to us at hello@tanialissova.com and we will send you a tracking number.
• MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
 
In the unlikely event that your order doesn't arrive within the specified time frame please contact us at hello@tanialissova.com. We'll be more than happy to help. Please also check our Shipping page for current delays.
• I RECEIVED A WRONG ORDER / MY ORDER WAS DEMAGED
 
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, please contact me at hello@tanialissova.com with a photo of the issue and we'll get that sorted for you as soon as possible.
• WHERE CAN I FIND THE ORIGINALS OF YOUR WORK?
 
The originals are presented in the SHOP section in the ORIGINALS category. I create small series of original artworks and add them to the store whenever possible. If you do not see any available products, then I do not have available original works for sale yet.
• DO YOU TAKE A CUSTOM ORDER?
 
Yes, I take commissioned work. To discuss details and get a sketch of your work, please write to me at hello@tanialissova.com. I also want to inform you that сommissioned work takes 2-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the work.
